Located on top of the ochre cliffs above the stunning Praia de Falésia beach, the Pine Cliffs
Resort extends over acres of pine covered woodland, commanding magnificent views towards the
Mediterranean Sea. Comprising of four distinct areas, each individual in character, the resort’s
eclectic mix of high spec rooms and self-catering apartments, as well as extensive sport and leisure
facilities make the Pine Cliffs one of the leading family resorts in Portugal.
Dining Options
Many of the resort’s accommodations come
equipped with self-catering facilities, however
you can also upgrade to bed & breakfast,
half board or full board arrangements. Buffet
breakfast and dinner are served in the main
restaurant Jardim Colonial and during high
season, buffet dinner can also be taken at the O
Grill, located within the Residences area. Guests
will also receive a credit towards eating at six of
the resort’s à la carte restaurants, ranging from
traditional Portuguese cuisine to high quality
grilled steaks. And for a special occasion, Yakuza
by Oliver (not included in board arrangements)
serves Japanese fusion cuisine with music playing
until early hours of the morning.
Children’s Club
Located inside a pirate ship, the Porto Pirata
children’s club offers an extensive play area,
including playground with slides, sandpit,
bouncy castle and two huge pirate ships to
explore. There is also a children’s swimming
pool and mini golf and families are welcome to

use the facilities whenever they wish. The club
itself caters for children from 6 months to 8 years
with bookings taken up to 24 hours in advance,
payable locally. There is also a Junior club for
8 – 12 year olds, with an extensive programme of
activities, again payable locally.
Sport and Leisure Facilities
The Pine Cliffs Resort has a variety of activities
including the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy
which has 5 floodlit courts. It offers court hire
and racquet rental, coaching courses and
tournaments for guests to take part in. If golf is
more of what you fancy, try the prestigious 9
hole Pine Cliffs golf course set over 168 acres of
beautiful land overlooking the ocean and sandy
beach. There is also a golf academy offering a
tuition service to those who are learning or need
a bit of practice. The resort also offers a health
and fitness centre with sauna and Jacuzzi®,
exercise machines and specialist classes such
as water aerobics, whilst the Serenity Spa with
its thermal oasis and a range of treatments is a
great place to visit for a little bit of ‘me’ time.
